Paver Sealing

Pavers will be hot steam cleaned to remove any mold, algae, hard dirt, and other blemishes to the area, including tougher stains like oil and rust. Area will then be treated with algaecide mix as extra defense against mold and algae. Area prep will begin and the area will be taped off. Sanding the joints will begin, utilizing silica nutrient free sand to fight against vegetation growth between pavers.
Area will then have the first coat(flood coat) of water based sealer applied, which locks sand in place protecting against water erosion disheveling pavers A second coat will be applied to enhance the color and look of the pavers and typically lasts 2-3 years.
